The Building Civic Bridges Act is expected to be reintroduced in September of this year. This bill, which has broad bipartisan support, would authorize $25 million per year to formalize efforts with regard to civic bridge building. Update: In July 2023, a large bipartisan group of legislators reintroduced the Afghan Adjustment Act.
